six 6s Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the six 6s platform ("six 6s", "we", "us") and the person using the platform ("you", "member"). The six 6s website, mobile application and all related services are governed by these Terms.

By accessing six 6s services or registering an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to stop using the platform.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

1.2 Language and Communication

The following conditions must be met in order to open an account and use services on the six 6s platform.

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. six 6s will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account, unless it is proven to have been caused by a fault in the six 6s system itself.

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

1. Your password must not be shared with anyone.
2. Avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.
3. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the six 6s support team immediately.
4. Make sure to log out after using a public device or network.

3.2 Account Sharing Restriction

Each account is for the sole use of one individual. If more than one person uses the same account, or if one person holds more than one account, this will be treated as a breach of the Terms.

six 6s processes transactions through Bangladesh's main mobile banking and bank transfer services.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposit methods currently accepted at six 6s are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

1. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
2. The required wagering on bonus funds must be completed before they can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
3. Withdrawals will be made only through the same method used for the deposit, or through an approved method following identity verification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

six 6s gives new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳2,000, giving a balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

1. Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games or bet types may contribute to bonus wagering at different rates.
2. Each promotion applies once per member only, unless otherwise stated.
3. If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
4. six 6s reserves the right to cancel a bonus and forfeit any related winnings if bonus abuse is found.
5. Completing the wagering requirement before withdrawing any winnings earned from a bonus is mandatory.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

Betting and gaming on six 6s are conducted under a defined set of rules. Following these rules is mandatory for all members in order to maintain a fair playing environment.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
2. six 6s reserves the right to void a bet if incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error.
3. If a bet cannot be completed due to loss of internet connection, the bet will be treated as cancelled and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game results are determined through a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer cameras. If you have doubts about a result, contact the support team — a final decision will be communicated after investigation and that decision will be binding.

6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, bets can be placed before a match starts or while it is live. If a match is postponed or abandoned, six 6s will settle the bet in line with its set policy. For cricket betting, there are options to bet on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers matches, as well as various other international tournaments.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity and fairness of the six 6s platform.

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Opening an account using a false identity or documents.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to gain an unfair advantage from the bonus system.
• Using software, bots or automated methods to place bets or play games.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.

7.2 Money Laundering and Illegal Transactions

Using the six 6s platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. In the case of suspicious transactions, six 6s may conduct an investigation and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

7.3 Collusive Betting

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage by coordinating bets among multiple users is prohibited. If such activity is proven, the accounts involved will be closed and the winnings will be voided.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

Members can set their own playing limits — such as deposit limits, betting limits and session time limits. These features can be activated at the member's request and may take a short time to come into effect.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member wishes to stop playing for a set period or permanently, they can activate self-exclusion through the six 6s support team. During self-exclusion, account access and new deposits will be blocked.

8.3 Protection of Minors

Parents and guardians are advised to use family safety software on their devices to prevent anyone under 21 from accessing the platform.

All content, logos, graphics, interface designs, software and other materials published on the six 6s website and app are the intellectual property of six 6s or its authorised partners.

9.1 Restricted Use

• six 6s content may not be republished, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineering or modifying the platform's software is prohibited.

9.2 Third-Party Content

The collection, storage and use of members' personal data is governed by the six 6s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10.1 Purpose of Data Collection

11.1 Closure by six 6s

11.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. If there are pending withdrawals at the time of the request, the account will be closed after those are processed.

11.3 Balance and Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance situation will depend on the outcome of the investigation. If closed for a general reason, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw the balance through the proper process.

six 6s always strives to maintain platform quality, however six 6s will not be held liable in the following circumstances.

12.1 Technical Issues

six 6s is not obligated to provide compensation for service disruptions caused by internet disconnection, server maintenance, third-party software errors, or other technical issues, unless it is proven that the issue was directly caused by the negligence of six 6s.

12.2 Game Results

Gaming and betting outcomes depend entirely on chance or predetermined statistics. six 6s bears no liability to provide compensation for losses.

12.3 Third-Party Services

six 6s will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by payment service providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfers.

six 6s reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified by email or through the platform after any changes are made.

13.1 Effective Date of Changes

Amended terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after the changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.

13.2 Objection to Changes

If a member does not agree to the amended terms, they may request to close their account. All ongoing transactions up to the point of that request will be settled under the previous terms.
